No. Some clients are home during their clean and some are out. Either works. We'll confirm the arrangement with you when you book.
How do you handle keys and access?
When you book, tell us how you'd like to give us access, whether that's being home to let us in or another arrangement that suits you. We'll confirm the details with you before your first clean.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. Our cleaners bring what they need, so there's nothing for you to buy or set out.
What if I'm not satisfied?
